For Sustainable Fisheries Now and Always
Our mission is to turn fisheries research outcomes into actionable solutions. We work with communities to use research and sustainable development planning, implementation, and engagement to help bridge the gap between knowledge and action. We want fish, fisheries, and fish communities to thrive, always.
Teamwork gets the job done, and all of our work is oriented towards open, transparent and effective partnerships. Together, our growing team has decades of experience in conservation and fisheries research across multiple disciplines.
We work to build the team of partners, experts, and community members successful projects need. In addition to research, engagement and strategic planning are essential parts of what we do!
The not-for-profit model provides certain advantages. For us, the biggest advantage is that our partners get to determine the needs and priorities of the project. You determine the process and we work to support you every step of the way, from finding the funding you need to implementing project outcomes.
We bring the world of sustainable development and interdisciplinary fisheries research to your door. We have several different strategies and approaches for supporting communities in achieving healthy and sustainable fisheries.
